I'm not sure what I'm supposed to look for when listening to an ambient song other than ambiance. It sounds really well-done, so I suppose that equals 10 and a 5. I still haven't played Twilight Princess.

Very short indeed, however all 46 seconds were fun to listen to. I really hope you add to this one. Great work so far.

First off, I'd like to say that I thought the slow down part was a great idea. My problem with it is that it is far too long, and I felt like it lost its exciting quality, and slightly killed the ending of the song. So, I recommend you shorten the slow down part, and add an even bigger, more exciting buildup leading to the final melody at the end. Secondly, I feel that the melody was slightly repetitive - perhaps just some instrument changes will break that up. I agree with Gloudas in that you ought to have more powerful percussion, as that will probably create the energy that could make this song into one of the greats.

This is a great melody. I think the introduction is quite cool. I agree that it is a little repetitive. You should increase the volume on the instrument introduced at 0:38 and work that into being the main melody (it's too cool to leave in the background). Other than that I don't have much to critique. Great job.

Damn, this is one solid first song. I think the melody is pretty cool. The percussion is quite repetitive. Although you added an additional bass drum (at around 40 seconds), i still think that you need to throw some fills in there. Other than that I think its pretty good, and I look forward to hearing some of your upcoming tunes.

This song shows potential to become one of the greats. I liked the melody, however felt the saw line was a little repetitive. I also think that you ought to add more instruments including: a bass line for the offbeats, backgrounds chords, and perhaps crashes in there to add some more energy. This is a very good first song, and you seem like you will be a great techno artist.

Yes I know it is a bit repetitive. I will probably have to learn a bit more about the program so I can start making tracks with more instruments and less repetitiveness. (I hope it will come with experience)

Great song. The only thing I would change is the instrument introduced at 1:22 that carries on until 3:26 (it sounds like some version of Acid). I don't feel that it was in keeping the tone the rest of the song creates. Perhaps try a saw, bells, chimes, just play around with it =). Another thing is that the introduction seemed a little long, so perhaps cut 4 measures from before the percussion is introduced. Other than that I thought this song was pretty awesome. It was nice, mellow, and fun to listen to. It has a quality that makes feel like it ought to be used in some sort of games. Great job on this one.

Retrospection

Most songs cannot pull off the basic bass on every 2 and 4, however I think that it tied into this song really well. I was thinking 'Wow' in my head at around 1:42 with that new pattern introduced, and I just went ahead and said it out loud at 2:09.

I apologize I don't have any constructive criticism - as there is probably nothing I would change throughout the whole thing.
